Because of the extreme hot weather the cooler came damaged, but the support team at Cubix was very kind and quick with a remedy and sent a new one out the next day. This is an excellent cooler at an excellent size. I love the product and I love the company. Thank you for a great quality and durable product!

What is rotomolded construction?

This is really just a fancy way of explaining the process behind our rotomolded coolers. A mold is filled with resin, which is heated and then rotated as the insulating layer cools down. Unlike other methods of insulation, it ensures perfectly even distribution and creates a final product that is practically indestructible.

What does your lifetime warranty cover?

We warranty our products from manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Normal wear and tear, lost parts and abuse are not covered. Contact support@cubixoutdoors.com if you have a warranty claim.
